manak24 Platform Use

01Interpretation and Definitions

In this document, "manak24" or "Platform" refers to the website accessible via manak24.org together with all services, applications and content provided by the operator. "User" or "Player" refers to an individual who registers and uses manak24's services.

"Account" refers to the personal profile registered by a user to access the platform's services. "Real Money" refers to funds deposited by the user through supported payment methods. "Bonus" refers to credit funds or additional benefits given by manak24 to users in accordance with the conditions set.

"Wagering Requirement" means the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before a withdrawal is permitted. "Games" covers all slots, live casino, sports, roulette, horse racing and any other betting activities available on the manak24 platform.

02User Eligibility

To register and use manak24, you must:

• Be aged 21 or older on the date of registration;
• Not be subject to any law or regulation that prohibits participation in online betting;
• Not be on any self-exclusion list enforced by any relevant authority;
• Register in your own name and not on behalf of another person;
• Not have an existing manak24 account that is active or suspended.

manak24 reserves the right to request proof of identity for age verification purposes. Failure to provide the requested documents may result in account suspension or closure and the holding of funds in the account until verification is complete.

03Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to register one account. Holding more than one account, whether directly or through household members using the same device or network, may result in all related accounts being suspended and balances held for review.

Users are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted during registration is truthful, complete and current. This includes the full name as per identification card, date of birth, an active mobile phone number, and a reachable email address.

manak24 is not responsible for any losses arising from inaccurate information submitted by the user. Users who provide false information may face action including account closure and forfeiture of all funds in the account.

04Deposits and Payments

manak24 accepts deposits via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and cryptocurrency (including USDT, BTC and ETH). All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) except for crypto payments which will be converted at the prevailing market rate.

The minimum deposit amount per transaction is RM10, regardless of the payment method chosen. There is no maximum limit set generally, however specific limits may apply depending on the payment method or the user's account level.

Deposited funds will be credited to the account as soon as payment is confirmed by the service provider. Any delays caused by technical issues on the bank's or e-wallet provider's end are beyond manak24's control. Players are advised to contact support if a deposit has not been credited within the expected time.

• Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are from a legitimate source;
• No processing fees are charged by manak24 for deposits made via supported methods;
• manak24 reserves the right to decline or cancel deposits suspected of being linked to fraudulent activity.

05Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount per request is RM100. Withdrawal requests that meet the conditions will be processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours after verification is complete.

All withdrawals will be processed to the same account or wallet used for the deposit, in compliance with anti-money laundering procedures. Withdrawals to a different method require additional review and approval from our security team.

Withdrawals will only be permitted once all applicable wagering requirements, including bonus wagering requirements, have been fully met. manak24 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before approving any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding certain limits.

06Bonuses and Promotions

The manak24 welcome bonus offers 150% of the first deposit up to RM1,500. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus amount before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

Calculation example: If you deposit RM100, the bonus received is RM150, bringing the total balance to RM250. The wagering requirement to be met is RM150 × 10 = RM1,500. For a deposit of RM2,200, the maximum bonus is RM1,500, bringing the balance to RM3,700, with a wagering requirement of RM1,500 × 10 = RM15,000.

The general terms for all manak24 bonuses are as follows:

• Bonuses may only be used within the manak24 platform and cannot be transferred;
• Only one bonus may be active at a time on the same account;
• manak24 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if there are signs of abuse, including arbitrage betting or coordination between accounts;
• Bonuses given as special promotions are subject to additional terms stated separately;
• Promotion terms may change from time to time at manak24's discretion.

07Game Rules

All games available on the manak24 platform, including slots, live casino, sports betting, roulette and horse racing, are operated according to the rules and procedures set by their respective game providers. Game results are final once confirmed by the system.

manak24 does not intervene in completed game results except in cases of provable technical error. If a technical disruption occurs during a game session, manak24 will make every effort to restore the account to its state before the disruption, based on records stored in the system.

• The use of automation software, bots or any unauthorised method to alter or manipulate games is prohibited;
• Users agree that any game using a random number generator (RNG) is valid and cannot be disputed;
• Any dispute regarding a game result must be submitted within 24 hours of that game ending.

08Prohibitions and Restrictions

Users are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities while using the manak24 platform:

• Registering using another person's identity or false information;
• Owning or operating more than one active account;
• Transferring funds between different user accounts to circumvent wagering requirements;
• Using funds obtained illegally or engaging in money laundering through the platform;
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the system for personal gain;
• Communicating with other players during a live game in a way that could affect the fairness of play;
• Threatening, harassing or treating support staff in a disrespectful manner.

manak24 reserves the right to take immediate action including account suspension, balance freezing and reporting to relevant authorities if any of the above prohibitions are violated.

09Account Closure

Users may request account closure at any time by contacting our 24/7 customer support team. Self-exclusion requests made for responsible gambling reasons will be processed with priority and the user will be prevented from reopening the account for the specified period.

manak24 reserves the right to close or suspend any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• The user violates any term in this document;
• There is suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering;
• The user is found to be below the required age;
• Instructions from relevant authorities;
• The account has been inactive for an extended period with no activity.

For accounts closed due to a breach of terms, manak24 reserves the right to forfeit all active bonus funds. Legitimate real money funds will be returned once the investigation is complete and the validity of those funds is confirmed.

10Limitation of Liability

manak24 provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we make efforts to ensure the platform remains continuously available, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical disruptions, errors or data loss.

To the extent permitted by law, manak24 is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from service disruptions beyond our control;
• Losses resulting from unauthorised use of an account by a third party due to the user's failure to keep their password confidential;
• Betting results that have been disputed after being confirmed as valid by the system;
• Changes in laws or regulations that affect the availability of services in certain areas.

Users access the manak24 platform at their own risk. Betting carries financial risk and may result in losses. Please refer to our Responsible Gambling page for further guidance.

11Privacy and Personal Data

The collection, use and protection of users' personal data is governed by the manak24 Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. By using the platform, users agree to the data collection practices stated in our Privacy Policy.

manak24 collects personal information solely for the purposes of identity verification, payment processing, compliance with legal requirements, and improving the user experience on the platform. User data will not be sold or shared with third parties without the user's consent, except where required by law.

12Law and Jurisdiction

manak24 operates under an international licence and complies with all applicable licensing requirements. Any dispute arising from the use of this platform will be resolved through internal complaints procedures first, before being referred to external resolution.

Users agree that these terms are interpreted in accordance with the laws of the relevant licensing jurisdiction. Any dispute that cannot be resolved internally will be referred to the arbitration body appointed by the licensing authority.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be set aside but the remainder of these terms will continue in full force and effect.
